The Board of Education adopted the following goals for the Chatham Central School District at its September 24 meeting. The Board developed these goals during their workshop meeting held September 18. In the coming weeks, District administrators and teacher leaders will develop specific priorities for the 2024-25 school year based on each goal.
Wellness Goal:
The District will create a culture and programs that promote intellectual, physical, and mental well-being.
Academic Goal:
Through evidence-based and rigorous programming, our school community will foster and inspire our students’ full potential, advancing their postgraduate preparedness.
Fiscal Goal:
The District will ensure long-term financial sustainability and resilience to potential changes in funding by maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of resources.
Safety Goal:
The District will make responsible efforts to promote the safety and security of our District students, staff and visitors while on campus through the mitigation of potential threats and risk reduction.
